Pangbourne is an independent school with a strong maritime tradition, originally “The Nautical College”, set in 230 acres of private grounds above the Thames near Reading. Stragglers of Asia has played occasional games at the College in the past, and 2018 saw the club return to “Bigside” (the seniors’ ground) for three games in its peaceful tree-lined setting.
